England: a country I would like to visit.

Hello everybody! Welcome to my blog. 

I would like to visit England to get to know its culture and history a little better. When I say culture, I mean the cultural appropriation that its museums have made on previous civilizations around the globe. But I would love to be able to visit their museums and university campuses, so that I can expand my experiences and knowledge.

                        

I know that England is part of Europe, that it is ruled by a constitutional monarchy, where the queen is a figurehead and power is exercised by Parliament. 

I am interested in being able to learn its political history in detail, learning first-hand about the liberal constitutionalism that managed to avoid the tyranny of the monarchy in the past. Although I am not part of the liberal school, I think it is important to highlight its contributions in the construction of the modern state.

One of my goals is to study for a master's degree in London.  But as I am not rich, I will have to work both in Chile and in England to be able to pay for it.
